We check the model, year of manufacture and equipment before production. Our team contacts you after your order for the necessary vehicle details and photos.
Are the airbag and multifunction buttons retained?
Existing components are generally reused. We match connections and button functions to your vehicle before production.
Will heating, ACC, vibration and shift paddles work?
That depends on your existing equipment. We check the requested specification, including any necessary adaptations.
How long do production and delivery take?
Available base models can often be dispatched within about 5 days. Individual steering wheels usually take about 3–4 weeks to produce, depending on specification and workload. Shipping time is additional.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?
Our voluntary warranty covers material and workmanship defects. You need your Rodin invoice and an installation invoice from a vehicle workshop. Your statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
Will I receive documentation of the customisation?
For personalised steering wheels, we document the customisation and email you the record after production.
Are installation instructions included?
Yes, the instructions are included in your parcel.
What happens if a selected option is not compatible?
We contact you before production and agree a suitable solution with you.
Can I check compatibility over WhatsApp beforehand?
Of course. Send us your model, year of manufacture and requested equipment.
